Shipping and Return Policy

Please note that you are responsible for covering the shipping costs of returning your item. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

The delivery time for exchanged products may vary depending on your location.

For international orders, delivery times may vary, and customers are responsible for any additional taxes, import duties, and fees upon shipment.

Returns

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
To complete your return, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns are not accepted under the following conditions:

  • The item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons unrelated to our error.
  • The return is initiated more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet, please follow these steps:

  1. Recheck your bank account for the refund amount.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
